JIRÍ KOLÁR
May 10th 2011 - July 29th 2011
On Monday the 9th of May a solo exhibition of Jiri Kolar, the Bohemian artist who past away at the age of 88 in August 2002, was inaugurated at Gallerja, the gallery space in Rome, Via della Lupa 24.
Before this the last exhibition dedicated to the artist in Rome had been the one displayed at the National Gallery of Ancient Art of Palazzo Barberini in 1998.
This comeback presented by Gallerja has displayed numerous pieces, mainly realized with a collage tecnique, from Kolar's multifaceted production.
